SEB is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager for Leasing Products to join our Corporate Lending Team at our Business Development unit.

About the job
This is a senior position with the overall responsibility to reach our strategic goals and manage stakeholder interest for the products Leasing & Installments. Together with a team of Product Owners and Product Specialists you ensure that the different processes have a high customer value, as well as a good user experience, both in physical and digital channels. You strive towards constant improvement and challenge the existing solutions.

The focus for the Corporate Lending Team is to improve the customer- and co-worker journey within the corporate segment. We work with development of Lending products towards corporate customers and we constantly adapt our product offering to meet the changing customer behavior, regulatory requirements and increased competition in the market. We work in cross functional teams to enable a great collaboration and efficiency.  As a Product Manager for Leasing and Installments you will have a significant contribution in our team.

Who are you?
You are a doer that make things happen and you are able to see things from a holistic view. You are a good communicator, a great listener and you take different perspectives into consideration.

Networking and building strong long-term business relationships are natural for you. Furthermore you are structured and like to find efficient solutions in a complex setting and you are able to analyze data and turn creative ideas into clear business requirements. You have a strong business acumen and understand our client’s needs and are not afraid to question existing solutions.

We want you to have solid experience and knowledge with financing products and in leasing specifically. We want you to have a strong project- and stakeholder management experience from a complex setting. Experience of agile way of working  is meriting. You have an academic education and you are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
