About the job
Derivatives Clearing is a product area within Investor Services. We offer clearing of exchange traded and over the counter derivatives on global markets to SEB’s institutional and corporate clients.

As a Product Manager within Derivatives Clearing, your main responsibility will be working with your colleagues to ensure that the business delivers on the projects and initiatives set by the Product Head. In this role you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks, including having a detailed understanding of the clearing systems, be in regular contact with the technology provider in ensuing system developments and mandatory upgrades are handled correctly. You will have regular contact with the Sales and Client Services teams, to manage incoming client development requests, plus regular contact with our Operations team in ensuring that new developments are successfully implemented. You shall also act as a link between the business and the IT Development team, by ensuring that business requirements are accurately documented.

The Product Management team is divided between Stockholm and London, and you shall be required to co-ordinate your work between colleagues in both locations.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a background in both Exchange Traded and OTC Cleared products, who has strong communication, time management and analytical skills. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment where the day to day work is varying and challenging. To succeed in the role you have the ability to work independently, have critical thinking skills, and are able to carry out detailed analysis and clearly communicate requirements. You have strong technical skills and a genuine interest in increasing your knowledge of Cleared Derivatives. You bring a positive mindset to the team and have a passion for automation and driving change.
