SEB is now looking for a Product Developer who wants to join our Advisory Solutions team in the unit Business Development at our division Corporate & Private Customers (C&PC) and help driving digital transformation and development of our solutions.

About the job
You will be part of the Tribe Advisory where we focus on our advisory capabilities by improving the customer and co-worker journey cross channels, products and segments. We constantly adapt our product offerings to meet the changing customer behavior, regulatory requirements and increased competition in the market and you will be an important part of driving our roadmap forward.

We work in cross functional teams to enable a great collaboration and efficiency. You will be a key player within the tribe and act as an agile Product Owner being the bridge between business and IT. As a PO, you will be the central connection point and responsible for prioritizing the backlog in order to reach our strategic goals.

You will be responsible for driving the development of existing and new products and solutions within the private and corporate segment. You and the team will together with different stakeholders ensure that the different advisory processes have customer value as well as a good user experience, both in physical and digital channels. You will strive towards constant improvement and challenge the existing solutions. You will also write requirements and manage projects and initiatives.

Who are you?
You are a doer that make things happen and can see things from a holistic view. You are a good communicator, listener and take different perspectives into consideration. Networking and building strong long-term business relationships are natural for you. You are structured and like to find efficient solutions in a complex setting. You have broad knowledge of how data can be used to increase proactivity; methods and systems within Marketing Automation, CRM and tools for analytics.

You have experience from working with digital development, can turn creative ideas into clear business requirements and you are not afraid to question existing solutions but rather see change as an opportunity to improve and want to be a part of the digital transformation.

Experience of agile way of working and financial advisory processes or products are meriting. You have an academic education or experience within the area, and you are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
