To further strengthen our world-class professional Cyber Security community, we are currently looking for an ambitious and talented Product Cyber Security Manager to Lead our Product Cyber Security Specialists Team. You have a strong collaborative mindset with a good knowledge of industrial control systems in any sector and related penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and associated Cyber Security controls. You will have a passion for promoting our Product Cyber Security Culture and use your excellent communication skills to build and promote our cyber products internally and with our customers.

Key accountabilities
• Lead a Product Cyber Security Specialists Team
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the organization
• Maintain and support the Cyber Security Strategy, identify and promote strategic components and areas which are required to fulfil the strategy
• Promote a Product Cyber Security Culture and increase the overall awareness across the product teams within the company
• Define and follow-up KPIs for Product Cyber Security including team objectives
• Establish and maintain a Product Cyber Security framework for policies and procedures
• Identify and communicate Cyber Security risks to relevant stakeholders in the organization and apply mitigating controls

Qualifications and experience
• Masters degree or equivalent in relevant topic – such as Software Engineering, Computer Science and/or Technical Certifications (CISSP, eCPPTv2, eCPTXv2, CRTP, CRTO, OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, GPEN)
• Some years of experience in cyber security in operational technology, complex industrial control and SCADA systems
• Good knowledge of industrial control systems in any sector (not necessarily maritime) and related penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and associated Cyber Security controls
• Good understanding of cyber security threats, risks and vulnerabilities; cyber security standards and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical risks and methodologies to a wide audience. Effective communicator in English, both verbally and written
