We have an opportunity as a Process Development Engineer within our Manufacturing Technology department. The department develops manufacturing solutions, processes, and test systems. You'll be working with a range of manufacturing processes, including thermoset polymer molding, surface metallization, electrical contacting, cleaning, surface treatment, adhesive bonding, machining, and electro-mechanical assembly. Key accountabilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and materials with focus on process stability, flow-efficiency and process control.
• Collaborate with product designers in product development projects, with focus on ‘Design for Manufacturing’.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Support manufacturing in internal and external departments.
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within material science, chemistry, micro/nano technology, manufacturing technology or equivalent
• Knowledge and/or experience within one or more of our main manufacturing processes
• Knowledge and/or experience within product development and manufacturing.
