Port Operations Coordinator - Part Time FTC

Is delivering an excellent service to customers essential to you? Do you enjoy communicating with a variety of people? Can you manage queries quickly and efficiently to ensure a swift resolution? If so, we’re looking for you!
Due to growth, we are looking for a Port Operations Coordinator to support with checking in passengers on our ships. You’ll be assisting with departure and arrival procedures and be responsible for all new bookings and passenger check-in. We’ll give you all the training you need and support you in your role to ensure you deliver the best service possible to our customers. You’ll also need to resolve queries, offer advice and guidance, and assist with general information. We’ll also need you to communicate with third party stakeholders including Border Force.
Alongside your busy day to day activities, you’ll need to stay abreast of any changes of regulations within the industry and maintain up to date knowledge of developments so we can communicate this to our colleagues.
Please note – This role is a part time 6-month FTC (June to November) on a zero hour contract.
