We are experiencing an increase in activity and are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Planner to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime. At Carpus in Kongsberg, a Planner is responsible for preparing and visualising delivery plans for the logistics functions, ensuring timely deliveries. Our department, Operational Purchasing, is part of Operations in Kongsberg Maritime’s Automation & Control division. We support new sales deliveries and global customer support in supplying equipment and spare parts to our customers - at the right time and in the right place.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and communicate delivery plans for the logistics functions
• Communicate statuses to our internal customers in delivery projects and customer support
• Develop reports, tools and processes for the planning function in collaboration with other functions
• Contribute to continuous improvements and optimised ERP system use

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, technical or other administrative education, or relevant work experience
• Experienced in ERP and planning
• Knowledge of business intelligence and KPI development skills
• Knowledge of and preferably experience with Microsoft Power Platform and low code
• Experienced in using digital tools in general
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
