Salary 35,000 - 40,000 Eur

Our operation in Rosslare is growing and we’re increasing our team to ensure we can maintain our service.  We’re on the hunt for an Operations Supervisor to lead our current team ensuring all vessels are full and we are maximising revenue.

 

We need you to be working shifts across 7 days on a rota basis as Friday and Saturday nights are our busiest departures – of course we will ensure that your shifts are rotated to enjoy some weekends off.  You’ll be planning departures and arrivals and coordinating between our Customer Services Team, Check In and Irish Rail to guarantee a smooth discharge and loading of customers’ cargo.  We’ll need you to update our bespoke IT system with bookings and print the loading lists and manifests.  It’s a great development role as you’ll be supporting the running of the operations department in the absence of the leadership team.

 

We don’t necessarily need you to have a background in shipping, but we do need you to be driven and want to succeed.  We can give you all the bespoke training you need in the role to ensure that you enjoy working for us and are the best you can be.
