Marketing Executive - Innovation

Kjemi og kjemisk Industri / Produksjon

Manage projects from idea to project proposal, business case and launch/implementation.  Involve segment/concepts, categories, regions and functions to define objectives and plans based on customer and market insight, to ensure the following objectives are met:

  • contribute to achieving targets and KPI's for business units, categories and brands, 
  • increase our capacity to execute projects with higher value potential and complexity, 
  • launch more successful new products and solutions according to objectives and strategy, 
  • reduce time to market through increased efficiency for new products, systems and solutions, 
  • ensure commercial success of innovation projects by securing organization focus and resources
 

Duties and responsibilities
  • Define, plan and manage cross-category / functional / regional projects by high quality processes from idea to launch / implementation, 
  • Secure appropriate anchoring, resources and project results by communicating and developing good relations with stakeholders in the network, 
  • Manage the project teamwork with operational responsibility for the progress based on marketing, technical and financial aspects, 
  • Deliver presentations, documentation and project results to the Innovation Board, 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the innovation process
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on Innovation projects is essential
  • Bachelor level diploma from a reputable university
  • Advanced level skills in written - spoken English and Turkish
  • Good level of presentation skills
