Jotun is presented in over 100 countries around the world with 37 production facilities. in Norway is one of the biggest global paint manufacturers in the world. Supplying paints and coatings with four segments such as Protective, Marine, Decorative Powder Coatings is represented in Asia region with Regionallabs and offices in Kuala Lumpur, factories in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Myanmar.
Jotun Myanmar has been established since 2013 and we have based in Bago Region. The factory is mainly produced with Decorative, Protective Marine Coatings. The factory plans to have the production in of 5 million liters yearly.
With the growth of Jotun in Myanmar, this successful candidate will be responsible to support Marketing Manager to Implement plan by managing Marketing budget to execute ATL, BTL activities supporting sales to deliver full-year sales target of PC, MR, and Deco segment. This position will be based in Yangon and report directly to Manager.
- Implement marketing activities in close co-operation with sales and other supporting departments and in compliance with the regional strategy to meet short and long term business objectives.
- Implement Jotun Retail Manual shop concept to all existing and new shops properly by coordinating with sales and agency to install and decorate the shop with a high-quality standard, comply with Jotun brand guidelines to bring the best shopping experience to customers.
- Coordinate with and team to implement Smart sell out promotion every quarter by managing budget, understand customer’s expectations to support the sales team to achieve the quarterly and yearly sales target.
- Support to Organize Company, Sales & Marketing events by coordinating with related functions to make proper planning and implement high quality & innovative set up to deliver a brand message and achieve sales target.
- Manage well MKT POSM including color fan, color card, product brochure, promoted items, and premium gifts of all 3 segments by making a good plan to order and deliver to promptly ensure there always enough stock to supply to dealers and other related MKT activities.
- Bachelor Degree or Dip in Marketing Management is preferable.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Marketing field at MNC or Intn'l company.
- Expert in Microsoft office - Advanced Excel, Pivot Table, Vlook Up is a must.
- Fluent oral and written in English is essential.
- Quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.
- Makes an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
- Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.
- Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high-quality results.
- Communicates in a clear, precise structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.
- Good at in Proactive and able to initiate on the project.
