We are now looking for a fulltime Marketing Campaign Manager to our team in the Hamburg office

Your main tasks will be:

-       Responsible for developing and executing of an attractive and diverse campaign strategy supporting DFDS’s passenger markets in Germany, Netherlands and France.

-       Close work with Senior Campaign Manager Continent to define strategy and initiate campaign activities.

-       Collaborate with marketing and sales functions to execute marketing campaigns and ensure that campaigns related tasks are implemented accordingly

-       Monitor and interpret campaign performance within territory and advice how to derive tactical campaign activity to close gaps appropriately

-       Work with Revenue and Product teams to ensure the budgeted volumes are secured.

-       Monitor campaign results and report to Senior Campaign manager and other relevant stakeholders

-       Identify opportunities/synergies and propose action plan

-       Support growth owner (possibility to lead a working group on a route related topic)

What we need from you?

-       Skilled marketing professional with 2-year experience across the marketing mix

-       Knowledge of travel or ferry industry

-       Knowledge of cross channel campaign management

-       Project management skills

-       Excellent communication skills

-       Marketing or Business degree or professional marketing qualification desirable

-       Knowledge of the German, Dutch, French or Belgian Market would be desirable (not mandatory)

-       Strong English skills required (Working experience in German and/or French and/or would be an great advantage)

-       Team player but not afraid to work autonomously and take initiatives

-       Willingness to travel to other DFDS locations (IJmuiden, Newcastle, Dieppe, Copenhagen…)
