We are accepting online applications for Maintenance Officer – for Höegh LNG Services ROHQ located in Makati City.

The role will be responsible to process machinery and maintenance related requests/tickets and update PMS/Amos per procedure and to build PMS/Amos database for new building based in final references and company standards.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

MIS Ticket handling

• To understand the request and gather support documents.
• To make suggestion how to update and ask approval.
• To implement update as per approval.
• To close and inform requester of the updates done.

AMOS database building for new vessel

• To insert/update records in AMOS based on available references.

Function template         

• To update Function template per approval

Document Management

• To maintain library of all vessel certificates, drawings, manuals and other required records within the official HLFM document archive.
• To function as super user for the HLFM document archive and further develop archive.
• To collect drawings and instruction manuals from newbuilding and support stage and keep control of revisions available for Maintenance Support team
• To provide support to HSSEQ department when needed in the Safety Management System.
• Process all assigned MIS tickets related to Maintenance and Technical documentations.

 Qualifications and personal skills:

• Experience as a ship’s 2nd Engineer rank and preferably on LNG/ LPG. Other types of management experience would be beneficial.

• Works efficiently and achieve results on time.
• Possesses excellent communication skills.
