-   Coordinate, follow-up closely with consultant and contractors to ensure that all project activities are progressing and raise concerns to Project manager.
-   Work closely with the local contractors to monitor quality of jobs and get a good understanding of the installation, functioning of machines so that all future       maintenance becomes easy.
-   Follow up with daily project related activities on site and ensure that all are following the needed HSEQ procedures without fail.
-   Once project is over; you will handle maintenance activities in the factory both manually and on the system.
-   You will be essential part of maintenance organization and work towards the minimizing the machine downtimes and contribute to the operational efficiency.
-   Assist production and filling operations as and when needed, in the maintenance activities.
-   Monitor closely electrical installations and make sure it is happening as per local regulations and electrical standards.
-   Close coordination with local contractors in all other installation process.
-   Act as a link between the local contractors and project manager.
-   Ensure proper 5S and safety on the project site.
-   Complete understanding of the installation process of equipment’s and their future maintenance.
-   Understand the criticality of equipment and maintain necessary spares.
-   Make proper Preventative maintenance schedules for all assets and ensure its followed.
-   Point of contact for all maintenance activities of the factory.
-   Full understanding of the electrical drawing and mechanical engineering needs on the site once factory is operational.
-   Setting up the maintenance workshop in compliance with HSEQ and JOS.
-   Contribute to HSEQ system implementation and sustenance.
-   Plan maintenance activities required to comply with local regulations e.g. Calibration, Fire- fighting system, lifting equipment etc.)
-   Develop maintenance department as per Maintenance Belt program and sustain it.
-   Maintain maintenance data in IFS system.

-   4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
-   Bachelor's degree/advanced college in a related field.
-   Fluent in English and Amharic is preferred.
