OSM Thome are heading for further growth and are strengthening the legal team. Our new legal councel will provide legal advise and be a trusted advisor for management in the Company. You will support the organization in procurement matters, M&A transactions and assist in all jurisdictions when required.

Vi tilbyr:

• Master of Laws
• Background from Corporate Law working within law firms, consulting companies, or from an in-house legal team
• Procurement experience and/or knowledge to BIMCO agreements
• Experience from the shipping/offshore industry with international exposure is an advantage
• A professional level of English both verbal and written
