About the job
The overall purpose of HR is to “release the potential of people, leaders and teams through forefront thinking, simple tools & clear communication”. In practice, SEB should be able to attract and develop the right people with the right competence for the right positions, long-term. Learning, leadership and organizational development are therefore prioritized areas within SEB.

In your role as L&D Partner, you will focus on supporting various divisions and teams in SEB in driving their learning & development agendas in close co-operation with the business and colleagues within HR. From agreed prioritizations from e.g. Strategic Workforce Planning and quarterly divisional Learning & Development Boards, you will focus on driving strategic and tactical learning-, leadership- and organizational development assignments.

An important part of the job will be facilitation of management teams/other teams throughout SEB. Facilitations can e.g. include themes as leadership- and team development, cross-collaboration and change journeys. To include, motivate and cross-collaborate with colleagues and strong stakeholder management will be key to success as well as influencing activities around our leadership offering and activities towards a building a continuous learning culture.

Your ability to build relationships, influence and inspire on all levels is crucial in an increasingly complex environment. You also contribute in creating a psychologically-safe work environment and at the same time take the lead in our transformation journey. You have a great passion for driving the leaning, leadership and organizational development strategy in SEB. A relevant university degree and experience from a similar role within organizational development is required.

We would highly value your personality as prestigeless, curious and innovative, both in new ways of working and in using technical tools. Furthermore, you have the ability to communicate in a pedagogical way, in both Swedish and English. You also need to have a strong drive of your own as well as being a great team player.
