Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Food production and serving

• Product orders and product receipt

• IK food and HAACP responsibility

Requirements:

• Vocational certificate as a chef
• Proficient in Norwegian or English
• Is solution-oriented and structured
• Great degree of independence and takes challenges head on
• Has good knowledge of IK food and HSE
• Puts guests and good food experiences in focus

Personal characteristics:

• Has a fundamentally open-minded and positive attitude

• Curious and open to developing new dishes/menus according to season

• Is structured, follows up and implements what has been agreed

• Is independent and at the same time sees the value in collaboration
