Junior Revenue Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Copenhagen and help us in governing price and capacity for different routes to create even better results tomorrow.
As our new junior revenue manager we offer you the opportunity to build strong competencies within pricing and revenue management and the ability to directly impact results. We are a diverse team of more than 20 people coming from a host of different backgrounds. We are passionate about, not only numbers and pricing, but also the commercial levers that help create great results. But even more importantly we are passionate about people and making sure that we have a great and fun work environment.
As part of our team you will learn:
- How customer segmentation ties into effective pricing
- How to set the right price based on demand
- How to use constraint capacity to optimize revenue in the setting of an international and complex business
- How to create tools in excel and tableau for great insight into data.
You will be responsible for Capacity management through analyzing utilization. This entails assisting in daily pricing and pricing strategy, helping to drive performance according to KPIs and targets and analyzing data and building tools for optimization.
Preferred professional profile
We expect you to be good at analyzing data but also able to take a broader commercial view. As we value a diverse set of backgrounds we are not aiming for candidates with one particular educational background but you will have to be proficient with numbers. Whether you have a degree in marketing, supply chain, finance, or within technical science is less relevant. It could also be something completely else.
Independent of you background you do need to have:
- Good Excel skills
- Talent for analyzing data based on a large variety of variables and sources.
As our company language is English, we expect you to be fluent in English both verbal and written.

You are motivated by deriving new insights and communicating this in an easy tangible way and you thrive in a dynamic and international work environment.
