Your role:

      Madrid:

• Support to the Spanish offices during the development and construction of utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Carrying out legal due diligence in real estate, understanding ownership of plots and encumbrances
• Drafting for each project: lease agreements and easements
• Management of public deeds and communication with notaries and their officers, ensuring registration of the lease agreements and easements and registration of plots.
• Filing and managing the archive of lease agreements and easements and setting up an accessible data room
• Study and review of urban planning regulation and assessment of urban compatibility
• Full support to the Spanish legal department
• Performing other administrative and management duties related to the practice of law.

Valencia: 

• Support to the Spanish offices during the development and construction of utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Carrying out legal due diligence in real estate, understanding ownership of plots and encumbrances
• Drafting for each project: lease agreements and easements
• Management of public deeds and communication with notaries and their officers, ensuring registration of the lease agreements and easements and registration of plots.
• Filing and managing the archive of lease agreements and easements and setting up an accessible data room
• Corporate support for in country operating and special purpose vehicles
• Full support to the Spanish legal department
• Performing other administrative and management duties related to the practice of law.

Your profile:

• Graduated in Law in a Spanish university
• Completed master related to an area of law suitable to the tasks
• Less than 2 years of experience in all or some of the listed tasks
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Interest in energy sector and willingness to learn

Statkraft offers:

An apprenticeship contract (contrato de prácticas) for an initial fix term duration of six months.
