Junior FX analyst (part-time/student-intern), SEB Markets

SEB is looking for a talented and driven student to work part-time in the Markets division within the Large Corporate & Financial Institutions area. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the bank’s foreign exchange business and to position yourself with a great first experience in driving and coordinating a complex transformation process.

What you will do
You will migrate all our existing clients from our existing pricing system onto a new pricing system. You will need to understand both ways to operate as they differ from each other and you will be coordinating the migration of several thousand clients into a structure that you will partially help to create to have the most efficient set up. You will be responsible to structure and organize the migration so that at the end of your working period, all clients will be successfully migrated. You will be supported by a team of specialists but you are expected to work well independently and be able to take initiatives and drive this project.

The Team
Reporting to the head of e-FX distribution, you will get a chance to work in a team with various competences, you will have regular contact with FX Sales, e-FX sales and e-FX support.

Who are You?
We believe you are currently studying engineering or business/finance degree. You are structured and organized in your work and you have the necessary drive to do what it takes to achieve a well-defined task. You work well with people and have great attention to details. You are able to work 15 hours a week to gain some practical experience and get some insight into the Markets division in banking. You are available to start working in the coming weeks for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
