We are rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our new ERP system across all legal entities at multiple locations across Europe and are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager, who can take ownership of the technical aspect related to the ERP program.

That is the total system landscape related to ERP including cloud environments, data and integrations.

As IT Project Manager you will be part of a very competent, international, and ambitious ERP project team that will implement the D365 Finance & Operations in more than 100 entities all over Europe.

You will get a great insight into the application landscape and work with internal and external Developers, System Architects, Consultants, Release Manager etc.

You will get a direct, transparent, and empowering manager who enjoys everyday fun and a good social atmosphere. You will be part of the Technology and Innovation Division and located in the ERP program team, alongside other project managers in the program.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for project management of the activities related to the ERP system landscape and environments, including the deployment processes, configurations, integrations and activities related to both operations and project implementations.

You will work closely with the Release Manager on planning the deployment of future releases and manage the deployment of configuration, code and data to the various environments used for development, testing and finally production. You will also project manage the implementation of the integrations and handle the dependencies.

You will have many stakeholders to manage daily, and you need to make sure all are informed about plans and activities in a proactive fashion.

It is expected that you are hands-on and practical and can contribute to the daily tasks within the IT/technical area of the ERP implementation. You will facilitate workshops & meetings and train other colleagues in the areas you are responsible for.

Candidate profile

• Experience as IT Project manager, primarily the Technical implementation side.
• Project experience with fx. integration technologies, APIs, data replication, event-driven architecture or other similar knowledge is an advantage
• Expertise with fx. Azure DevOps, continuous integration / continuous delivery and deployment pipelines is an advantage
