Information Management Specialist
The Improvement and Development team in Business Area Production is looking for a new colleague to develop and support Information Management (IM) in Statkraft. Our team of 6 persons is responsible for coordinating improvement work, assist line management in facilitating training, processes and target setting and supporting global growth activities in Statkraft.
In addition, the team supports the Business Area Production on information management (IM), explicitly through expertise on IM and promoting good practices. With new collaboration platforms, we experience growing need for setting common direction and communicating common practices for how Statkraft handles information according to value and sensitivity. This advertised role will be instrumental in setting that direction. Based on the candidates location the position can be located either in Oslo or in Glomfjord.
Be part of a team supporting Statkraft’s growth, development and improvement activities.
Advocate and develop good IM practices in BA Production.
Motivate, inspire and set requirements for IM in the organization.
Govern BA Production’s portfolio of IM systems and procedures.
Do proactive quality assurance of use of IM systems in BA Production.
Train, facilitate and support the organization in IM requirements and good practices.
Take active role in network of Statkraft’s specialists within Information Management, Information Security and Information Systems.
Take initiative and facilitate improvement and streamlining of Statkraft’s business processes.
- You hold a relevant degree in library science, information management, document management or equivalent.
3-5+ years relevant work experience. Experience from the power generation industry is considered an advantage.
Experience with working with and managing projects.
You have experience with using and administrating collaboration platforms in Microsoft Office 365, specifically SharePoint and Teams.
You have experience using and administrating with case and records management systems. Experience with Tieto Public 360 is considered an advantage.
Knowledge and experience with improvement methodology such as Lean, Agile, SCRUM or similar is considered an advantage.
You are systematic as you can set and advocate common practices.
You have strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
You can take initiative, finish on time and deliver results.
The position will require strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust.
You have the versatility and motivation to promote general IM methodology to improve Statkraft’s specific business processes.
You are self-going and can shape your own thinking.
We require excellence in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
Some travel is expected, mostly in the Nordics and Europe.
