POSITION SUMMARY:

Kongsberg Discovery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Inbound Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve working closely with Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers in handling after-market products and spare parts orders. Responsibilities include order entry, preparing customer quotes, internal coordination, and customer follow-up.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound sales and orders for KD products and spare parts while maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Manage unresolved customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
  • Update necessary data in CRM and Axapta for streamlined workflow and profitability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different locations to enhance order handling processes and create a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical background or interest in the technical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in software such as ERP systems (preferably Axapta), Customer Management systems (preferably CRM), and Microsoft Office.
