About the role

As HR Specialist you will act as a Senior HR professional working closely with first- and second-line managers within the full HR scope. You also have an important role as a trusted advisor and courageous advocate, to coach and challenge our leaders to broaden their perspectives and become great people managers.

In addition to this you will also have a specialist responsibility for negotiations, labor law and work environment. In your specialist role you will be our go-to person when it comes to labor law and you will coach both colleagues and managers in challenging negotiations, organizational changes and disciplinary cases. You will also have a specialist responsibility for developing how we work with work environment, rehabilitation and implementation of our new occupational health care.

The position is based in Gothenburg. You will report to HR Manager Sweden and work closely with your colleagues in the HR team.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced yet operational HR professional with the ability to build strong relationships with managers in assigned business units, act as a trusted advisor and influencer to support managers according to our common People agenda and local business needs. You hold the knowledge across the full HR landscape but excel when it comes to labor law and work environment.

We are looking for someone with an equal passion for people and business and with a solution-oriented mindset and will to develop and create change. Based on your involvement in the business and your ability to influence others, you make things happen. You have an ability to act and work independently at the same time as you value collaboration and alignment with your team.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree within HR or equivalent
• At least 10 years HR experience on an operational yet proactive level and with strong knowledge within all HR professional disciplines. Experience from working within operational business with mainly blue-collar employees is an advantage.  
• Strong experience from working with negotiations, employee relations and Swedish labor law, experience from working with Transportarbetarförbundet similar unions is an advantage .
• Experience working as a specialist within work environment or rehabilitation, labor law or negotiations with a proven track record to develop related processes and ways of working.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Driver license
