A new exciting opportunity has arisen as a HR Manager. In this role, you will be a part of the Integrated Solutions Division HR & Management team delivering HR expertise to the business. We are gearing up for an exciting future and are seeking a professional and business-minded HR professional.  

Key accountabilities

• Provide HR leadership, expertise and consulting to business managers, to maximize organisation effectiveness and growth.   
• Provide strategic advice to management on people, culture, and organisational development
• Deploy KONGSBERG HR strategies and policies
• Provide effective employee relations and a positive working climate locally, closely working with union representatives, line management and liaising with KONGSBERG team
• Be the employee advocate to ensure employee concerns and engagement issues, recommending action to create a positive and productive working environment
• Drive & facilitate leadership development initiatives
• Support managers in recruitment & talent acquisition
• Support organisational restructuring

Qualifications and experience

• Educated at degree level from relevant subject
• Broad HR background and ‘know how’ on best practices in HR, preferable from larger organisations
• Strong change-management skills
• Ability to coach managers and their teams through proactive involvement with line managers
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate findings and make recommendations
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Experience with assessment tool would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
