HR Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

Are you experienced in Learning Instructional design and want to help us release the full potential of people and drive the Learning & Development agenda in SEB? Great! We are now looking for a Learning & Development specialist with project management skills to join our team.

About the job
SEB should always be able to attract and develop the right people with the right competencies for the right positions, long-term. As an L&D Specialist, you will take the role as project manager for strategic learning & development projects within SEB. The projects can for example be about developing and modernize our learning platform, implement best practice and way of working with service design. You will work in collaboration with colleagues, subject matter experts, internal and external partners as e.g. forefront thinkers and universities.

Who are you?
You are passionate about managing projects, building relationships and influencing the organization on all levels. You need to have the ability to capture learning and development needs and translate them into concepts and communicate them in an effective and pedagogical way. Also, you have experience from working with Learning Instructional design. It is meritorious if you have a technical interest and apply this in your daily work.

As a person, you are positive, innovative and want to be the ambassador for our transformation journey. Furthermore, you have the ability to communicate in a pedagogical way, in both Swedish and English. You have a relevant university degree and great experience from a similar role within learning & organizational development.

You need to have a strong drive of your own as well as being a great team player.
