We are looking for you with broad experience with data analytics, preferable from HR and within an international company. You enjoy varied tasks, both in operation and development. You must be willing to contribute to several parts of the HR work, and at the same time be responsible for defined subject areas. Ability to listen, find solutions, be able to influence is key.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining, processing and analyzing HR data
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
• Develop predictive people analysis
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy guidelines
• Create communication material and presentations to support analysis

Qualifications:

• Higher education within economics, administration or HR subjects
• At least 5 years of experience from similar work
• Expert in Excel
• Experience with data visualization
• Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian
• Experience with HCM system is preferred
