Jotun Malaysia and Singapore were established in 1983 and 1971, respectively. With the consolidation of Jotun Malaysia & Singapore in 2016, the organisation has consistently delivered strong growth and profitability to become today one of the main contributors to our business in the South East Asia and Pacific region.
The company operates three factories in Shah Alam and Nilai and has a wide network of offices and warehouses across Malaysia and Singapore, providing efficient and timely response to our customers. Our aim is to develop employees through a culture of continuous feedback, learning and growth.

You are responsible to ensure Company’s most important asset, human capital - is being nurtured and supported through the creation and management of programs; to manage Training function through planning, monitoring and controlling the processes and coordinating with related departments to comply with Jotun Corporate and Company policies as well as government regulation to achieve HR targets. You will be based in in Tuas, Singapore office, report to Head of HR & Admin.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, especially in training or learning and development.
  • Bachelor Degree of relevant qualification.
  • Experienced in leading a team.
  • Familiar with Industrial Relations in Singapore.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, other languages will be added advantage.
