Working in IT

From helping to run advanced renewable power plants, developing the technologies that power EV charging infrastructures, to supporting our business solutions and corporate functions. With Statkraft, you’ll be working and collaborating alongside other technology and digital experts to innovate, maintain and provide the world with renewable energy.

The Collaboration & Information Management team ensures deliveries of global solutions and services based on a standard set of tools that are utilized globally across Statkraft’s Business Units in a standardized way. Digital Workplace Integration with New Ways of Working based on the Microsoft platform are key responsibilities for the team. 

As Head of Collaboration & Information Management, you will be leading a team of internal and external subject matter experts, developers and architects - delivering application management, implementation activities, advisory and support to the business units. You will be an active part of the management team for Global Business Solution & Services.

Being Head of Collaboration and Information Management includes:

  • Management and development of global solutions and services for the Collaboration & Information Management portfolio (Enterprise Content Management) 
    • Collaboration & Communication solutions (M365 + Workplace from Facebook) 
    • Productivity Solutions (Microsoft Power platform)  
    • Records Management (archive solutions)  
    • Geographical Information System (GIS) 
    • Web Content Management (Internal & external communication, such as Intranet and Statkraft.com) 
  • Develop, and communicate roadmaps and strategies together with the business 
  • Management of the Collaboration & Information Management Team 

 

About you:

We look for a leadership talent with the essential skills to future-proof our business and solutions. That includes knowledge in:

  • Broad experience with Solutions and Services within the area of Collaboration, Information Management and Enterprise Content Management from larger companies and/or consulting companies 
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft portfolio related to the areas of the responsibilities within this role
  • Excellent leadership skills and can enthuse, motivate and inspire people 
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills, both written and verbal 
  • Customer and service minded

One of the Scandinavian languages and English language fluency is required.
