Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next-generation software and digital solutions to customers within the maritime, oil & energy, and utilities industries. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an ambitious and driven Growth Manager to join our Digital Ocean division.

That’s why Kongsberg Digital, in close collaboration with Kongsberg Maritime, has developed Vessel Insight™, a vessel-to-cloud data infrastructure ensuring that customers can capture and aggregate quality data. This solution, combined with the Kognifai® Marketplace, where customers have access to a large range of applications and services, are the two main building blocks of the Kognifai Maritime Ecosystem.

As a Growth Manager, you will be an integral part of an expanding global Growth team. You will work alongside KONGSBERG’S trusted salesforce to offer the best suited digital solutions to our clients and driving adoption of our digital infrastructure – Vessel Insight™. You will be working closely with some of the leading players in the maritime industry globally and hold a central role in guiding them in their digital transformation. Our clients are at different maturity levels in their digital journey so you will lead them in their decision making process from identifying use cases to solving real world problems.

Who are you?

You have extensive sales experience and proven track record of consulting and selling products in a B2B market. You like working in an organization where expectations are high, and where the reward is personal development and career opportunities in an agile environment. Do you also have:

  • Higher education within a relevant field
  • Experience from delivering customer value, either through a similar role, a customer support role and/or an advisory role
  • Domain experience in, or willing to learn, maritime industry and digitalization
  • An interest in technology and digitalization
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Ambitions, curiosity, and relationship management skills
