Kappahl is on a transformation journey where implementation and maintenance of D365 is a key part of the journey to fulfil our strategy. We are investing in our IT-structure and implementing a comprehensive digital upgrade. We are changing and modernizing by replacing legacy systems with cloud-based standard applications. The D365 team will be a central part of realizing Kappahl's vision, both to implement the new processes, and to create sustainable management structures to keep up with the pace of change. You will be part of our D365 team that together is responsible for and drives the development and management of the D365 and point of sales in our stores. The team is cross-functional, you have daily cooperation with the business/stakeholders, other IT/business teams and close collaboration with our IT partners.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have an academic degree within a relevant field, or equal experience. We are both seeking you who are a talent who wants to learn and you who have extensive experience within MPOS, D365 or AX2012.

As a person you like to drive change and want to work with D365. We are looking for everything from technical profiles to more process-oriented specialist. You communicate freely in Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. We work in a team-based organization and value that you are communicative and unpretentious to promote the work based in an agile mindset.

Kappahl wants to be A Place To Belong therefore we work with a hybrid working environment, where the majority of the working time will be in the office.
