Who are you?

You are an engaging leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams. You communicate clearly, build trust, and collaborate effectively across disciplines. With a strong technical foundation, you can engage with engineers and navigate complex environments.

You bring:

• Experience leading people and teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A technical background relevant to engineering
• Experience with systems engineering, product development, and project execution (preferred)
• A passion for developing people and organizations

 

What will you do?

As Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of engineers while supporting the growth of our Engineering organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers
• Foster a high-performing and inclusive team culture
• Support project execution through prioritization and coordination
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and competence development
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
• Improve processes, tools, and engineering practices
