At SEB, we are set to radically accelerate our digital and sustainability transformation. We are now looking for two digital transformation analysts to join us at SEB.

You will be reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, a new role in the SEB Executive Management Team. You will be part of a small team, with the responsibility of analysing the future of finance as well as developing strategies to further strengthen our digital and sustainability transformation journey.

We are looking for you who is of a curious nature, a brilliant analyst, knowledgeable about how technology is changing the market and want to understand how the role of the financial system will transform when corporates, investors and the society accelerate allocation of capital to more sustainable businesses and outcomes.

About the job
You will be part of a team defining SEB:s strategy, including business applications of emerging technologies, SEB:s role in the sustainability transformation, strategic partnerships and innovative business models - in tight collaboration with the group executive management, business divisions as well as CIO teams. We will be working with internal and external data on market dynamics, macroeconomic changes, technology and customer trends to support more robust strategies for creating value, identifying business opportunities, and pursuing growth.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position:

  • You have knowledge of emerging technologies and experience of a digital context
  • You should have a broad understanding of financial services, market dynamics, new competition, user behaviour and the growth of new business models
  • It is beneficial if you have been exposed to projects related to sustainability transformation
  • You have hands-on experience from working with advanced analytical assignments, scenario planning and/or strategic foresight work
  • As a person you have capacity to move from a high-level strategic view of our business to a more detailed understanding of activities that create value at a granular level
  • You are a team player with strong collaboration and networking skills
  • You enjoy presenting your insights and you are a communicator with an academic background

We believe that a passion for continuous learning and thinking beyond current reality will be key success factors in this job.
