Do you have a good knowledge and understanding of social media and email marketing? Are you fluent in Dutch or German? Do you have the ability to combine analytical insight and able to execute this creatively? We are looking for a positive, optimistic and energetic person to join our team of like-minded individuals as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Working Monday to Friday, in a collaborative environment with our European offices, we require someone who can drive our direct digital engagement activity across multiple languages and locations through our community marketing channels (email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, blog & app) primarily across our Amsterdam – Newcastle route. You will support in developing campaigns & implementing effective initiatives to acquire, retain & engage customer communities as part of an agile team. It will be imperative that you research, awareness & identification of new developments & trends within the Digital Marketing industry for continual expansion, growth, and improvement, of yourself & for the brand. You must have understanding & awareness of a variety of digital marketing tools and reporting suites (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, ESPs, Emplifi etc), combined with fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.

Within this role you will be given the chance to support leading projects, channels and initiatives outlined in the Engagement Marketing Team roadmap, working with Engagement Marketing agencies & suppliers. You will be required to report, analyse & optimise community engagement channels on a daily basis to improve our overall sentiment, attributed business performance whilst supporting the Head of Engagement & Engagement Managers to execute initiatives across the relevant touchpoints. To be suitable for this position you must be fully fluent in Dutch or German language, both written and verbal & have 2 years plus experience as a skilled Marketing Professional within the Digital marketing channels.
