Digital Lead, After Sales & Service

The After Sales & Service Department at Nel serves 70+ customers worldwide to secure reliable flow of hydrogen production and optimized performance on the delivered equipment. We are offering services as, but not limited to; troubleshooting during operation, service and maintenance programs, technical inspections, part replacements and spare part management.

As a Digital Lead in the After sales & Service department, you will have the overall responsibility for building digital service portfolio toward our existing and future customers

Your main areas of responsibility and tasks

  • Build and develop digital service portfolio toward our customers
  • Be a key player in choosing and developing a digital platform for Nel Hydrogen
  • Day-to-day operation of the digital platform
  • Assist customers to get an overview on status and performance of Nel Hydrogen equipment at their sites and installations
  • Proactively give customers support and technical advice during operation
  • Give input to internal product improvement programs
  • Contribute to sale of digital services


It is perfect if you have experience from

  • development of digital services
  • developing and usage of cloud-based services
  • implementing security in cloud-based services
  • technology or project organizations with strict requirements for HSE, quality, and security
  • leading technical discussions and negotiations with clients
  • technical project management
  • managing international customers and have a cross cultural mindset

Education
Bachelor/Master in Computer Science/IT is preferred, but candidates with other technical education and relevant experience are welcome to apply. We encourage graduates to apply for the position.
