About the job
Digital Collaboration is a team within Digital Workplace in the newly formed organization in Technology. The organization consists of three different teams, “Digital Collaboration”, “Voice and Realtime Services” and “Workplace and Applications Maintenance”. The teams provide a wide spread of workplace services (e.g. workplace services, digital collaboration tools, file, print, devices – with maintenance included) towards all employees around in SEB, delivered both from Stockholm and Vilnius.

We are now strengthening our team with additional resources for our ongoing workplace modernization and our road to the cloud.  As our Evangelist your mission is to help our approx. 16 000 end users work smarter by utilizing the full functionality the Microsoft 365 suite provides in the best way possible. You will educate and communicate with our Champions/Super Users and be up to date with newly released and coming features. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, governing life cycle of education material and adoption plans within our Microsoft 365 portfolio. Another part of your role includes identifying new business opportunities in current portfolio.

You will be part of a team with Service Delivery Responsibles, Lead Designers and Engineers, as well as our Service Partners and Cloud Program. You will also be a key participant in our ongoing Microsoft 365 Program, driving our workplace cloud transition.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we see that you have a background in roles such as Change leader and in a context where you have experience from end user productivity knowledge. You know the Microsoft Productivity suite and are proactively updated on new functions and functionality. Furthermore, you are genuinely interested in meeting people and can adapt your communication with end users according to the person’s knowledge. You strive for the end user “WOW!” experience. And maybe the most important thing – you are used to drive digital transformation and modernization and have a passion for the opportunities it provides.

It is meritorious if you have a track record of driving change in a complex environment, are familiar with agile methodologies and have experience from large multinational companies.

You have excellent collaboration and communications skills and can easily interact with all levels in the bank. Also, you are fluent in both Swedish and English
