Digital Channel and Communication Specialist

About the job
Digital Experience & Innovation is responsible for driving and coordinating SEB’s front digitalisation agenda. We contribute to increasing sales and improving customer and employee satisfaction by steering, coordinating and developing SEB’s digital presence in all external and internal digital channels. We are now adding to our function to drive strategy and implementation of internal digital communication channels, and as part of that we are looking for a Digital Channel and Communication Specialist.

As a Digital Channel and Communication specialist, you will have an important role in the creation of the new intranet. Together with the Intranet team and stakeholders you will work with content implementation on our new intranet platform. You will also work in close co-operation with the developers and have shared responsibility for user requirements, with the goal to enable a world class CMS and an intranet with excellent employee experience.

You will also have a role as the Product Owner for the collaboration tool Connections. The role is a strategic and hands-on role where you, together with the vendor and the team, will be responsible to lead development, maintenance and set the strategy for the collaboration platform. As a thought communication specialist, you will guide, support and educate stakeholders and users in how to communicate and collaborate as well as how to effectively use the digital communication and collaboration channels.

Who are you?
As a person we see that you have excellent coordination and collaboration skills. You have a can-do attitude and are self-motivated with a focus on finding solutions and a passion to deliver high quality. You are highly experienced with Office applications, web technologies and you have experience from UX, data analytics and optimisation of content. You are prestigeless and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

You have a university degree in Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and you are fluent in Swedish and English. You have experience in working with agile methods, and you have experience from CMS systems such as Episerver and collaboration tools.
