Responsibilities

• Responsible for follow-up and onboarding of clients according to subscription agreements/contracts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Report according to defined KPIs.
• Manage and drive regular meetings with clients.
• Secure the customer journey through defined processes.
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Education within business administration, management, engineering, or a related field, relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Experience with LNG storage, handling and transportation systems is an advantage.
• Interest in international and local regulations governing LNG transportation.
• Knowledge and understanding about Charter party agreements between vessel owner and trader is an advantage.
• Ability to tailor services to meet the specific requirements of different customers.
