Are you an experienced leader in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, ready to drive technical excellence and innovation in the Offshore energy sector? Emerging Markets & Systems is seeking a proactive Department Manager to lead our Offshore Solutions Team within the Offshore Production Systems Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Offshore Solutions Team, ensuring skills development and motivation.
• Develop technical proposals, studies, and manage LCM opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder Management between Business Units in Automation & Control
• Execute department strategy and contribute to OPS strategic initiatives.
• Manage digitalization initiatives, Tools, and V-cloud solution.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, especially in O&G projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in project and team management.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and early-phase project work.
• Proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Familiar with IEC 62443 OT Cybersecurity standards.
