Customer Service & Operation Employee for our intra-European RORO and Container Network

 Are you a customer driven person with a great interest in shipping or logistics? Then this position in our customer service department might be something for you!

 We are currently looking to recruit a customer service & operation employee to join our team based in Oslo. You will be working in a fast-paced shipping/logistics environment focusing on maintaining our excellent customer service. The person we are looking for will be involved in the preliminary contact with the customers, logistics & booking planning, customer invoicing in our department where we operate several routes within both RORO and Container Shipping segments

 You will work close with a dynamic department of 14 people in a great environment at Vippetangen in the City Centre of Oslo


You will have the following key responsibilities, but not limited to:


  • Customer service
  • Accounting/invoice
  • KPI Reporting to customers
  • Administrational tasks for the management
  • Various document handling


What are we looking for?


The ideal candidate is a person with experience from the shipping or logistics industry, who has a commercial mindset and understanding, possesses enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Experience with Customs Clearance is a plus, but not a demand

Other experience can make up for the lack of shipping or logistics experience.

You are outgoing, service minded, positive and you have great communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, you are able to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a positive attitude towards our clients, external and internal.

As our working language is Norwegian and English, we expect you to have full proficiency in both languages.
