We have a Customer Services Coordinator positions in Rosslare which could be the one for you!!!

Since early 2021, our business has been growing and we have centralised our booking team to Rosslare; so, we’re looking to expand our team. If you’re looking for a 9-5 Monday to Friday desk job, this isn’t the role for you. Our operations run constantly so we need you to be flexible as you will be working 5 varied days each week, this includes days & evenings. If you have a gregarious nature, but enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, willing to take responsibility and make informed decisions, then please get in touch with us.

We’ll need you to be customer focused to deal with any general enquiries quickly and efficiently to continue the great service we already deliver. Having previous experience dealing with people is a key attribute as you will be required to handle passenger enquires at our customer facing service desk, as well as communicating with customers by phone & email to place bookings for cargo movements from Rosslare and Dunkirk. Uploading dangerous goods information onto our systems, so a good level of IT skills is a prerequisite, as we need you to be accurate & able to work with a variety of systems – don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have system knowledge, as our team will train you on our inhouse programs.

Ideally you will have previously worked in a face paced role and have the ability to multitask, with different customers and different queries, working in the heart of logistics. All culminating in safeguarding and enhancing the service level offered by DFDS and surpassing our client expectations. It’s a full-on busy role, so if you’re looking for a challenge where every day is different, this is the job for you!
