Since January our business has been growing and we have centralised our booking team to Rosslare; so, we’re looking to expand our team. Working 5 varied days, you’ll be dealing with customers on the phone and by email to place bookings for cargo from Rosslare and Dunkirk. You’ll need to be customer focussed to deal with any general enquiries quickly and efficiently to continue to great service we already deliver. You’ll also be uploading information on dangerous goods on our systems so we need you to be accurate and able to work with a variety of systems – don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have system knowledge, we can train you on our inhouse programs.
Although our ships run like clockwork, everyday you’ll deal with different customers and different queries, so we need you to be able to be a quick thinker and enjoy variety.
Salary - 26,000 - 28,000 EUR
