Who we are
Scania Pilot Partner is a new function to increase speed and focus on the e-mobility. We are aiming for an entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We create and sell proof of concept solutions in segments and/or applications where no mature solution exists yet. We reduce risk by taking full responsibility for profit and loss but also by supporting uptime for the customer during the contract period. Our working environment is characterized by high integrity, a flat hierarchy and collective leadership. The team is highly diverse and global since we have team members in Australia, Germany, Gothenburg and Södertälje.
About the role
Your work as a Customer Operations Engineer is to be a specialist in Pilot Partner customers. This could example mean doing diagnostic via the different controls systems and parametrize software and by that solving problem for the customer.
The spread of technology we are working with is unique for Scania and it’s products.
Your tasks
- Support Pilot Partner customers during the life cycle, often together with the team and sometimes on your own as well.
- The work is to support already sold product solutions as well as be a part of future Pilot Partner solutions, and act as a flying doctor.
The role holds a unique opportunity to get experience working internationally with Scania’s end-customers from a Head Office perspective.
Who you are
To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, flexible when plans change and service minded with focus on the customer. You possess good relationship building skills and can talk eye-to-eye with various stakeholders and customers.
- We are looking for someone who is strong in communication and have hands-on experience from supporting customer with heavy vehicles.
- You strive to build wide networks with long-term relationships through good communication, structure and trust. A great passion for the success of Scania’s customers is given!
- You likely have a Degree in Engineering or equivalent. You have probably experience from commercial vehicles and have been working with customers where operations and uptime is key factors for success.
- Product knowledge is your thing, and dealing with correct rear axle ratio and downloading new software in the vehicle is well-known.

This position will be placed in Oslo or Trondheim, and you should be prepared to travel from time to time.
