Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Luxembourg was established in Luxembourg in 1973 and today employs about 200 employees from around 25 different countries. We are now looking for a Corporate Actions Officer to strengthen our Corporate Actions and Securities Database team.

About the job
As a Corporate Actions Officer you will be in charge of monitoring Securities Income payments, ensure the correct tax handling at source and their processing in our banking system. You will also monitor outstanding cash items on a daily basis and will support our customers with tax reclaim related documents.

The Corporate Actions and Securities Database team is part of a back office department and currently consists of 11 team members. The team serves customers from Private Banking as well as Financial Institutions customers. This position is a temporary role for 6 months with possible extension.

Who are you?
To succeed in this position, you should have a basic understanding of the securities market. Practical experience in any operational related area is considered as a plus. You have very good spoken and written English skills, good computer skills and also a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. It is equally important to be accurate, attentive to details, have good time management skills and be result-oriented.
