Your key tasks and responsibilities:  

• Be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) within Transport & Receipt management, and by that being the go-to person for all processes and systems for transports management and documented delivery. 

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of executing transports from and to multiple location within the whole of the Varner Group, to customers and partners. 

• Participate in application development projects for further development of functionality and coordination of development within the Transport & Receipt domain. 

• Training and support of end users / super users, as well as other colleagues in Varner.  

• Document the processing of tasks in relevant tools and contribute to continuous updating of system documentation. 

• Be a backup resource on other systems, and support in those areas if possible / needed. 

• Focus on the customer (and the employees in the stores) to find the right future-oriented solutions. 

We are looking for someone who:  

• Has a strong interest in Supply Chain and Transport & Receipt Management, as well as a strong will and ability to keep up to date on professional development. 

• Has experience with, or interest in, agile / agile methodology. 

• Has higher education, relevant courses or extensive Supply Chain / Intermodal Logistics experience. 

• Has experience in operating, managing and developing systems in the Supply Chain and logistics topic. 

• Is a structured self-starter that initiate tasks and deliveries, as well as documenting changes and tasks as a natural part of everyday life. 

• Has experience from IT environments including ERP and Information management as part of the area of ​​responsibility in addition to experience with logistics solutions. 

And as a nice to have addon competence: 

• Has advanced user experience within Infor M3 ERP and/or Infor M3 Warehouse Management. 

• Has experience with XML and SQL database. 

• Has experience with Jira, Confluence and Teams. 

• Experience from retail industry, but not limited to fashion.
