For our hydropower plant located in state of Himachal Pradesh we are currently looking to hire           

                                                                                                      Concrete Supervisor

 Statkraft entered the Indian power market through its subsidiary SN Power in 2004 when it acquired 49 percent of the shares in Malana Power Company Limited (MPCL). Statkraft is currently involved in three significant hydropower plants in India- Malana, Allain Duhangan and Tidong, and was the first foreign investor to enter the hydropower section in the country.

About Tidong Power Generation Pvt. Ltd. – Tidong Hydropower Project is a 100 MW run-of-river hydroelectric power project on a tributary of Sutlej River in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh, India. Statkraft acquired the project in 2018. It was approximately 60 percent complete at the time of acquisition. The project shall utilize the water of the Tidong Khad, a major tributary of the Sutlej River, to harness a head of 610 m to generate a design energy of 414 GWh per annum. The project comprises an 8km long headrace tunnel, 110 m high surge shaft, 1200 m long pressure shaft, and the surface powerhouse. The current expected completion date is mid-2022.

Your role and responsibilities –

As Concrete Supervisor your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage the work procedures with the Contractors
• Ensure contractors comply with the HSE and QA / QC procedures during the work phases.
• Knowing how to interpret contraction execution drawings and Rams.
• Report and confront with direct line manager and propose solutions to possible unforeseen events that may arise during the work phase
• Make sure the contractors follows the work schedule and report line management when not followed.
• Being able to schedule jobs in advance to reduce costs and time.
• Must follow the daily work guidelines and defined protocol.

Your profile:

• Must have 10-15 years’ experience in Civil work.
• Must be familiar with drawings; Rams; HSE and QA procedures
• Must have experience and dynamism in solving daily problems in the contractor management.
• Must have experience and knowledge of international brand framework. .
• Good attitude to work with management and contractors
• Good attitude to work in Team.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package; excel; word etc.
