Kongsberg Gruppen ASA is the parent company of the Group and includes corporate functions such as Finance, Communications, Legal, Human Resources and Business Development.

The Human Resources function has overall responsibility for Compensation & Benefits in the Group.
KONGSBERG is in strong growth and our international business is expanding. The Group now has a need to expand the capacity of the Compensation & Benefits area and we are looking for an experienced colleague to the department.

We are looking for you with broad experience from the Compensation & Benefits area within an international company or consulting organization. You enjoy varied tasks both in operation and development. It is desirable that you have competence and interest in international working conditions.

Main tasks:
• Obtaining, processing and analysing market data
• Counselling, administrative support and practical execution and follow-up of cases
• Coordination and follow-up of subcontractors
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation
• Development, updating and maintenance of insurance, pension and incentive schemes and compensation models

Requirements:
• Higher education in, for example, economics, administration or HR subjects.
• At least 5 years of experience from similar work, and can document good results in the field
• Good communication and collaboration skills since the position requires close cooperation with line management and staff in the business areas and subcontractors
• Flexible, quality-conscious, independent and solution-oriented with high working capacity
• Good IT and system expertise, good Excel knowledge
• Very good English skills both verbally and in writing
