We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team on temporary project for 30 days (Nonrenewable). As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for Mapping out, planning our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.

Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
• Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
• Apply effective communication strategies 
• Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
• Plan for conducting periodic audits, preparing and presenting reports

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in an international company
• Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management from a multinational environment
• Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys
• Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
• Experience of working in a multinational company
• 10-15 years of relevant post qualification experience
