BKS Industri is seeking qualified candidates for the position of CNC operator for Doosan SMX3100LS

The CNC machine we are using today is a Doosan SMX3100LS:

• Siemens 840d SL
• 5 axis simultaenous
• Workpiece length 2400mm/ Workpice Dia. Ø660mm
• Steady rest
• Sub spindel
• RMP600 probing

Necessary skills to operate this machine:

• Programming of parts on Siemens 840d/shopturn/programguide
• Good knowledge of milling and turning
• Knowledge of cam programming(Mastercam,Gibbscam,Edgecam,Siemens NX etc)
• Sub spindle machining
• Use steady rest in syncro motion with other axes
• G code programming
• 5 axes programming and 3+2 programming
• Use probing cycles
• Have good control on efficient use of offsets and tolerances
• Focused on cycle times and quality of parts
• Control of created parts
• Read drawings
• Maintenance of equipment

Qualifications:

• Certificate of completed apprenticeship, experience can compensate certificate
• You work in a structured manner
• HSE
• Efficient and independent
• Communicative English
