Client Service Manager to LC&FI at SEB in Stockholm

Do you want to be at the forefront of delivering world class service to our Financial Institutions clients? We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager to the Global Custody Client Service Team within Investor Services.

Investor Services, a part of the Division Large Corporate and Financial Institutions, is a cornerstone of SEB´s offering to Financial Institutions and Banks.

About the job
As a Client Service Manager, you will be the client’s personal point of contact coordinating their Investor Services products and solutions set-up around the globe, providing service and expertise. You will work closely together with the clients and establish a long-term relationship. In addition, the Client Service Manager monitor the touch points of the client across the entire organization to ensure that the client experience with SEB is optimized, always with a client focus approach.
