Client Service Manager for Derivatives Clearing to SEB in Stockholm

Well, then this job might be something for you as we are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team at Kungsträdgården in Stockholm.

About the job
Derivatives Clearing is a product area within Investor Services. We offer clearing of exchange traded and over the counter derivatives on the global markets to SEB’s institutional and corporate clients.

As a Client Service Manager you will be our clients’ main point of contact with regards to their daily interaction with us. You will encounter a wide range of products including but not limited to futures and options in equities, interest rates, foreign exchange and commodities. Further, you are expected to support our sales, product management and IT organization with matters related to derivatives clearing.

The team you will join is divided between Stockholm and London, and you will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve the queries from our clients in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will work to constantly find ways to optimize our processes and improve the client experience of our offering to ensure that SEB delivers world class service and that we maintain our position as the Nordic region’s leading clearing broker.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with strong communication, time management and prioritization skills. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment where the day-to-day work is varying and challenging. Your primary focus is to deliver great customer service and understand that to succeed with that you constantly need to develop your competence and skillset to keep yourself knowledgeable in the derivatives landscape. To succeed in this role you have the ability to work independently while being a strong team-player enjoying cooperating and helping others. You contribute with positive energy to the team and as a person you’re curious and able to drive change in many different ways.

You have a genuine interest in the financial markets and we see it as a merit that you have an understanding of how derivatives work. You have an academic degree in Finance or equivalent. You also have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
